Slack la

"Since they pretend to pay me, I will pretend to do work." - Anonymous

Haha. That's something I read on an MSN nick.

Anyway, backlog of photos from the debates will be up when I have time.
I'm taking a break from taking photographs.. for a while.

And no, I'm not hinting at anything with that quote, unless you'd really like to contribute to the upkeep of my equipment! (:

Just Great! - Operation Theatre 2 @ the UCC

Just some of the M2s at Just Great! / Photo by Yong Chin.

Just Great - Operation Theatre 2 was awesome

Our very own M2s were a large representation in this epic production:
Eunice (as Clare), Shawn (as William Osler) & Farah (as Florence Nightingale) performed beautifully, and there were many others such as the nurses Amanda See & Vicky Ng, bureaucrats Rasminder K  & Priyanka R, pianists Gary Yoong & Grace Chew (the 'live' music was sublime), Jun Wen (lighting) and Khadijah, Kalpana, Mo Yin who helped in the administration for the marketing, ticketing & publicity.

The play brought across many pertinent issues about our lives as medical students (and doctors-to-be more importantly)  - issues such as love, friendship, compassion, conscience, professionalism, second chances, even washing our hands and ID (infectious disease) control! - these were definitely something worth thinking about.

May we all examine our hearts (:
