Medical Library @ Kent Ridge Send-Off, 20th Aug, Monday
Time: 7pm
Venue: In the Medical Library, of course!
What: What better way to send off our grand ole dame, with all our bittersweet memories, than to celebrate! Come on down for a night of FREE entertainment, food and possibly booze to party the night away!
haha ok i know this sounds darn cheesy...but im sure many of us had really fun times in e library! before pros when it literally turned into a picnic-ground of sorts with pepperidge farm cookies, chocolate, youtube....subway even...haha. when we took our much-needed breaks from the thick textbooks by visiting other tables and taking some snacks along as a measure of goodwill :p discussions in the library...thomas throwing paper planes to the 1st level...jonk taking pics of milton and bird...shihui n the gang at the other end of the floor..camping late into the night....heated discussions at the benches outside the library..
hey let's just get down one day, and for once throw as many paper planes as we want w/o feeling guilty, watch youtube as loud as we want wo any murderous glares....take all the pictures tt we've been wanting to take ;)
like it or not, the library has been a part of our memories of our very 1st yr in medicine...spread the word and bring yr friends down!
